Care Quest has toured and evaluated the care home options
throughout Contra Costa County. We have assisted many
seniors through the transition to assisted care. Our
goal is to help you narrow your search for the ideal
care home for you. We help you focus on the homes that
will interest you based on your input combined with
our knowledge of available, compatible environments.

To locate the right home for you, we'll meet one-on-one
to evaluate your needs and concerns.
Together, we consider important issues such as:
- Location
- Finances
- Physical assistance needed, if any
- Level of Care
- Social Environment
Based on the information we gather,
Care Quest will:
- Select appropriate facilities that will provide
an environment
compatible with your needs
- Coordinate an onsite tour to preview the home and
meet the caregivers
- Review the tour with you and get your questions
answered
- Help you complete the required paperwork
- Follow up to ensure that the home you choose is
working for you
And all of this is at no cost
to you.
Our funding comes from the care facilities that you and
others choose to make your new home.
Important note:
There are many resources for seniors within each county.
The more territory an agency covers, it is likely they
will know less about specific facilities in your area.
To ensure you are being directed to appropriate homes,
it is important to consider using a local agency. |
